With so much to choose from it might be hard to know where to start, but thanks to Disney we have a great framework to work from, the popular movie Encanto! Join us this summer as we journey through the struggles and growths of the different characters and along the way perhaps discover something about ourselves. We will see how we can release our harmful expectations and release our true gifts.
